ATLANTA, GA – On February 20th, 2015, DataOceans, LLC and Presidium Solutions, LLC announced the creation of a new joint venture between the two companies that will be known as CodeFi Solutions, LLC. The creation of CodeFi Solutions will allow DataOceans and Presidium Solutions to dedicate resources to the development and enhancement of their Construction Information Management System (CIMS). Both companies believe that this product is a unique market offering that will be in high demand once it is rolled out and proven in the market.
The product, built by DataOceans is offered as a SaaS solution and is designed to be highly configurable for a rapid and low cost customization and deployment for large enterprise banks.
